Lately it seems as though home sale's have been on the rise. In the last 90 day's in fact from today's date- June 26 2018, Camrose has seen 71 single family detached homes sell. Although our inventory is high at 147 single family home's for sale, these number's are still positive for our market. We are still in somewhat of a buyer's market as inventory remains high with home's coming on daily and prices more or less remaining flat for the time being. So if your still on the fence about buying, now is just as good a time as any because there are so many option's available for you.

Acreages have remained quiet with only 11 sales in the last 90 days in Camrose County. But again with 62 current available options(lots included) there are numerous choices for the person looking to escape the city.

Farmland remains stable-With only 10 parcel's currently available in Camrose County-farm's and land still seem to be getting some attention. Whether it's neighbors looking to acquire more land for their current operation or people just looking for space out side of the city, farms and land still garner traffic and priced right are still in demand.
