Its easy to see walking through home's certain trends popping back up. Some outdated ones you just shake your head at and some that are new and attractive. One specific trend we are seeing coming back is brick. Brick has been a staple for builders on exteriors of homes for years, but nowadays we are seeing brick incorporated not only on the outside and on traditional fireplace features and mantles but flooring, back splashes and feature walls. Done right, we've seen some of our clients and customers use brick to enhance their home and use a modern touch with a old school flare. As always we recommend consulting a qualified contractor when doing any reno, unless you are one of those highly skilled handyman or woman.
